Currently serving as a Marketing Manager at PT. Graha Mukti Indah Group since December 2020, Azwardy has been instrumental in planning and executing weekly and monthly marketing strategies. He oversees both online and offline marketing campaigns, manages property agents, and handles negotiations. His role also involves ensuring the smooth administration of sales and staying up to date with the latest industry trends to maintain competitive advantages. Prior to his current role, Azwardy worked as a Marketing Executive at PT. Ciputra Development, Citraland Kendari & Citraland Surabaya, from 2011 to 2020. During this time, he demonstrated exceptional sales skills, earning the “Best Marketing of the Year” award in 2015 and 2016 after selling 88 house units and achieving 26 housing mortgage deals. He was responsible for promoting properties through open houses, advertising, social media, and the corporate website. Azwardy also provided clients with market updates, pricing insights, mortgage advice, and after-sales services, while coordinating property closings and managing negotiations with local contractors.

His early career includes significant roles in the financial sector. At PT. Maybank Indonesia in Surabaya, he participated in the Officer Development Program as an Account Officer for SME, where he managed business loan relationships, assisted in business credit applications, and conducted financial analysis. At PT. Citibank Indonesia, he worked as a Business Development Associate, acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and providing product recommendations tailored to clients’ financial planning needs.
