Bléhiné Podé Marc is a seasoned banking professional with over 15 years of progressive leadership in client services, operational risk, and commercial banking within the Ivorian financial system. With extensive experience at BICICI (BNP Paribas Group), Mr. Bléhiné has cultivated deep expertise in retail banking, customer relationship management, and front-office operational excellence.
From 2015 to 2019, he served as Head of Customer Service for BICICI’s South Abidjan division, where he oversaw service delivery across a high-volume retail portfolio. Prior to that, he led service operations at Plateau and Korhogo branches, providing advisory services to individual clients and managing key risk oversight in credit and daily transactions. His leadership roles spanned multiple branches, including Clozel and Port Bouet, where he was instrumental in improving service standards and frontline compliance processes.
Mr. Bléhiné’s academic background includes a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) in Commercial Management from ISET, and progressive certifications from Ecole Supérieure de la Banque, where he completed the Brevet Professionnel 1 through 3 and began coursework for the ITB (Institut Technique de Banque) diploma in 2019—recognized as one of the highest-level certifications in Francophone banking.
In addition to his banking credentials, Mr. Bléhiné brings entrepreneurial initiative as a startup founder and incubated project leader, currently affiliated with three leading innovation hubs: 1KUBATOR, La Ruche Paris, and Lyon Startup. These programs support his transition into digital financial services and underscore his vision for inclusive, tech-driven banking models in Francophone Africa.
Known for his agility under pressure, operational risk mastery, and strong client rapport, Bléhinéis also a certified first-responder (brevet de secourisme) and maintains a working knowledge of both French and English. His digital competencies span key office applications, including Excel and Word, with functional experience in both MS-DOS environments and internet systems.
