Jaideep Singh Gaur brings over 11 years of deep cross-sectoral investment experience spanning private equity, M&A, corporate finance, and investor relations across global markets. A proven capital markets professional, Jaideep has executed over $200 million in M&A deals and has advised on capital raises from $2 million to $100 million across diverse sectors including consumer goods, fintech, hospitality, real estate, dairy, and renewable energy.

He most recently served as Vice President at Oriano Clean Energy, where he led the creation and growth of Revour Consumer—a consumer electronics brand that achieved a $5 million revenue run rate and was ranked as one of India’s 10 fastest-growing brands by INC42 in 2022. Under his leadership, Revour built a distribution network across 10 Indian states and 10,000+ retail stores, while also launching across Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance JioMart, and D2C channels.

Previously, Jaideep led Investor Relations at Magic USA Inc., closing high-profile private equity transactions across the U.S., Europe, and Israel, and managing a global LP base across Singapore, Australia, India, and the Middle East. He also advised UHNI clients on structured investments, including within the hemp and pet care sectors, and helped India-based fintech unicorn MobiKwik raise their Series F round.

His early career includes notable investment banking and advisory roles at KPMG and Altamount Capital, where he was instrumental in landmark deals such as the $65 million acquisition of Sentini Ceramics by Japan’s Lixil Corporation and structured funding for major real estate, education, and fintech players.

Jaideep holds an MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BBA in Finance from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He has been certified in Valuation & Financial Modelling (EduPristine), Bloomberg Market Concepts, and AI & D2C Strategies (GrowthSchool). A finalist in Network18’s “Shadow Budget 2013,” he was mentored under Prof. Kedar Mankekar and recognized as one of India’s top 10 capital markets students.
