Rohit Fredericks is a sales and marketing professional with over three decades of experience spanning insurance distribution, retail banking, telesales, and corporate client acquisition across the UAE and India. He has led frontline sales teams, built high-value client pipelines, and delivered consistent target achievement while maintaining strong compliance and postsale service standards.
Most recently at Union Insurance P.S.C., Rohit served as Officer – Sales, meeting highnetworth and massaffluent clients through digital and inperson channels to educate on financial planning across protection and investment solutions. He managed a steady flow of company-provided leads, sourced new prospects via LinkedIn and networking, and ensured aftersales support to drive referrals and policy persistency.
Previously, as Relationship Manager at Solyda Insurance Brokers LLC, he led a team of financial advisors, drove weekly sales targets, prepared daily performance reports, opened corporate relationships, and accompanied advisors on client meetings to accelerate conversions. Earlier, as Financial Planning Manager at Capstone Insurance Brokers, he oversaw a team selling investment and protection products, set weekly and monthly targets, instituted business development strategies, coordinated regular provider trainings, and managed comprehensive production reporting to minimize shortfalls and improve team productivity.
