Sergio Coimbra Diniz is a seasoned financial market professional with nearly four decades of experience in securities brokerage, investment portfolio management, and the structuring of investment funds. He specializes in professional management for both individuals and legal entities, with deep expertise in derivatives, volatility capture instruments, and futures markets.

Currently, Sergio serves as the investment manager responsible for portfolios at Magna Capital Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (formerly ADL Capital), a firm he co-founded in 2017. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive background in risk management and portfolio administration to oversee complex investment strategies.

His career in the financial sector began in 1988, following early roles at Banco do Brasil and the Ministry of Planning (IPEA). Sergio previously managed the SLW brokerage branch in Brasília for a decade before founding Interação Investimentos in 2002, where he operated in partnership with major brokerage firms including XP, Socopa, and Walpires.

Sergio holds a degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Quantitative Methods from the University of Brasília (UnB). He is a CVM-certified investment manager and holds numerous specialized credentials from ANBIMA, covering Real Estate Investment Funds (FII), Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC), and Private Equity Funds (FIP). He is also a certified Capital Market Analyst through ABAMEC.

A multilingual professional, Sergio is fluent in Portuguese with advanced proficiency in English and a working understanding of Spanish. His core competencies include valuation, risk management, performance analysis, and international investment funds.
