Ana currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Sterling Bosh and an M&A Advisor at Distributed Risk, a U.S.-based consulting firm. In this role, she leads high-impact growth and exit strategies for companies in sectors such as security, defense, and space. Her work includes sourcing and structuring deals worth up to $120M and executing post-merger integrations that deliver tangible value.

Previously, Ana was retained as a Senior Business Advisor to Euro2Moon, a consortium of leading European space companies focused on the lunar economy. There, she helped establish a value chain for lunar propellants, developed go-to-market strategies, and led stakeholder engagement to drive investment and innovation in space sustainability.

Her career foundations were built at ArcelorMittal, where she held roles as a Senior Sales Engineer and Process Engineer. She was instrumental in securing multimillion-euro contracts, improving operational efficiency, and implementing AI-driven modeling tools to support productivity and quality control. Earlier, as Managing Director of Amaryllis Decoração in Brazil, Ana successfully grew a startup from inception to $3M in annual revenue through strategic planning, market expansion, and digital transformation.

Ana holds an Executive MBA from emlyon business school, a Master’s in Materials Engineering with a focus on mathematical modeling, and numerous certifications in big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and Lean Six Sigma. Fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and conversational Spanish, she thrives in multicultural environments and excels at building lasting partnerships across borders.
