Since 2010, Andrei Babenko has been a Project Manager & Product Owner for FinTech solutions across Israel, Switzerland, Georgia, and Cyprus. With deep expertise in capital markets, he has successfully launched and scaled multiple technology-driven financial products. His leadership in IT project management, combined with AI-driven innovations, has enhanced trading efficiency, risk mitigation, and profitability. Key projects include AI-based event-driven trading systems and algorithmic arbitrage strategies for liquid assets.

From 2006 to 2010, he was a Managing Partner at OTKRITIE Financial Corporation, where he built a high-performing Sales & Trading Flow Trading business. He played a pivotal role in the company’s international expansion, leading the acquisition of a UK-licensed brokerage and establishing OTKRITIE as a leading private investment bank.

Between 2003 and 2006, Andrei served as CEO of Antanta-Capital, an investment bank specializing in low-liquidity equity assets. Under his leadership, the bank became a market leader in Eastern Europe, pioneering innovative strategies for growth, operations, and risk management.

His financial career began in 1994 at Troika Dialog Investment Bank and ABN Amro Bank, where he served as Head of Fixed Income. During his tenure, he expanded product offerings, diversified investment solutions, and drove revenue growth.
