Andrés Villota is a seasoned financial expert with nearly three decades of experience spanning capital markets, corporate finance, and sustainable investment strategy. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, Andrés has held senior positions across leading financial institutions and boutique investment firms, where he has structured high-impact transactions and advanced ESG integration in financial modeling and valuation.

He is currently recognized as a thought leader and consultant in responsible investing, corporate governance, and fixed-income strategies. From 2013 to 2023, he served as Senior Consultant at TRUST Gestión Estratégica de Riesgos, where he advised issuers and capital market infrastructure participants on ESG inclusion, corporate ethics policies, and investor protection frameworks.

Previously, Andrés was General Director of ENERYIELD, a sustainable investment banking platform focused on renewable energy project structuring and capital raising. He also held key trading and investment advisory roles at CREDICORP Capital, Adcap Comisionista de Bolsa, and Blue-chip Colombian brokerages such as Servivalores GNB Sudameris and Acciones de Colombia.
