Fabio Possagno is a strategic financial executive with over a decade of global leadership experience spanning corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business transformation, and M&A implementation across Europe’s most dynamic industries, including healthcare, automotive, fuel & retail, and financial services. Known for his analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and board-level advisory acumen, Fabio consistently delivers sustainable growth and operational efficiency in high-pressure, fast-evolving environments.

Currently serving as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for Permobil AB in Stockholm, Fabio leads the financial vision and strategy for EMEA, directly contributing to a double digitYoY EBIT improvement through strategic planning, margin optimization, and a multi-million $ in identified risk mitigation and growth initiatives. He plays a central role in post-acquisition integration, presenting roadmaps to senior leadership, and guiding executive decision-making with robust financial insights and advanced analytics. At Pirelli Tyre Nordic AB and Däckia AB, he led Nordic-wide financial consolidation and supply chain oversight, implementing cost-reduction strategies and strengthening cross-border financial governance.

His career has also encompassed progressive roles at Circle K Business Center across Riga and Stockholm, where he improved operational forecasting and reporting systems that led to double-digit efficiency gains. Fabio began his finance journey managing indirect tax compliance across 28 countries — a role that sharpened his expertise in VAT, risk mitigation, and multinational collaboration.

A multilingual professional fluent in English and Italian (and conversational in Swedish, Spanish, and Portuguese), Fabio brings a global mindset to every engagement. He is an ACCA-certified accountant with an honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. His fluency in IFRS and GAAP, along with technical command of PowerBI, SAP, JDE, HFM, and Cognos, positions him at the intersection of strategic finance and digital transformation.

Outside of corporate leadership, Fabio has advised startups and family-run businesses as a finance business partner and strategic consultant. He has also served as a student mentor with Oxford Brookes University, empowering future finance professionals. His lifelong passion for sports led to a successful career as a professional football player, and more recently to roles as a FIFA-licensed agent and mentor to emerging athletic talent across Europe.
