Iason Kampiotis is a motivated sales and client relations professional with a foundation in business development, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. He brings experience driving promotion-led revenue growth, building partner pipelines, and coordinating multi-team initiatives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
Most recently, Iason has worked in investment-focused sales, leveraging relationship-building, persuasive communication, and structured follow-up to convert leads and deepen client engagement. He combines prospecting discipline with a data-aware approach to feedback, tailoring pitches to client needs and long-term value.
His earlier roles include Business Development and Client Relations at Bolivar Beach Bar, where he used digital marketing to enhance event promotions, managed key accounts, negotiated partnerships, and secured revenue growth. As a Public Relations Associate at Lohan Night Club, he developed and executed promotional campaigns and collaborated across teams to deliver targeted content. He also served as an Event Coordinator at Istioploikos Omilos, managing budgets, planning and executing events, and applying post-event analytics to improve outcomes.
Iason is pursuing a B.Sc. in International Business Administration at Tallinn University of Technology and is active in community leadership through the Erasmus Student Network and Scouts of Greece. He is fluent in Greek and English, with strengths in team leadership, sales motivation, client engagement, and business growth.
