Mr. Joni is certified in Investment Banking (CIIB) from New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) – US, Equity Derivatives (NISM VIII) from NSE (National Stoke Exchange – India),Hedge Fund Derivatives Certification and holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communication(Engineering) alongside an U.G MBA in Finance. His diverse expertise spans Investment Strategy, Algorithmic Trading, M&A, Derivatives (Future and Options), BlockChain, and Crypto trading. His expertize on Large Data handling allowing him to develop Financial Model and Algorithmic Strategies with Research and Development.

In parallel, he has spearheaded complex telecom rollouts, SWAPs, and KPI-driven network optimizations for major players like Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Zain, Du, STC and Vodafone.

His global footprint includes Critical Consultancy assignments in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Germany, and China—offering high-level advisory to CXOs and Ministries alike.
