Currently serving as a Financial Modeling Specialist, Leandro is instrumental in evaluating market opportunities for M&A and divestitures, structuring end-to-end transactions, and guiding strategic investment decisions. From target identification to post-merger integration, he leads every phase with precision—crafting detailed financial models, managing due diligence, and coordinating legal documentation for high-impact deals.

Previously at CGN Brazil Energy, Leandro reported directly to the Chief Development Director, leading valuation efforts, structuring commercial proposals, and supporting key decisions on renewable and conventional energy investments.
