As a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida with the esteemed Signature Real Estate, Moni blends leadership, quantitative analytics, and a global outlook to procure and structure complex international real estate transactions.

Before expanding into real estate leadership at Balfour, Moni held senior roles in research and financial markets at Sterling Trading Group, J.P. Turner & Company, GunnAllen Financial, and INTERCAP Wealth Management. Throughout his tenure, he successfully managed a foreign exchange sales team of more than 25 professionals, led a group of over 30 brokers in the bond and IPO markets—particularly within the fast-growing technology sector—and served as an investment banker specializing in underwriting public offerings and executing operational turnarounds.

At INTERCAP Wealth Management, Moni played a pivotal role in designing and implementing the firm’s business development strategy, launching both European and Asian divisions, and driving revenue through innovative market-expansion initiatives.

Today at Balfour Capital Group, Moni oversees the firm’s long-term real estate strategy, directs business development across global markets, and fosters relationships with key stakeholders, including international investors, developers, and lending partners. His proven leadership, analytical discipline, and entrepreneurial vision make him a foundational pillar of Balfour’s global real estate and mortgage platform.
