Most recently, Omar served as an Inside Sales Representative at Tubular Coating Solution Limited, where he was responsible for optimizing the company’s sales strategy through accurate pricing models, performance tracking, and customer relationship management using Oracle and CRM platforms. He led weekly planning sessions to align sales performance with organizational goals, while also improving internal processes through data-driven file management systems.

Prior to that, Omar played a pivotal role as an SAP Design Application Specialist at Arabian Drilling Company, contributing to the company’s digital transformation efforts by enhancing core SAP modules, particularly within SuccessFactors for Master Data Management and Learning Management Systems (LMS). His work supported the seamless upgrade and adoption of the platform across the organization.
