Omar de Jesús Hernández García is a seasoned financial professional with more than 15 years of experience in wealth advisory, commercial banking, and credit origination. With a proven track record in portfolio expansion, team leadership, and high-impact financial consulting, Omar has successfully led business development efforts for top-tier financial institutions in Mexico.

Currently serving as Zonal Director at XY Booster, an alternative asset management firm, Omar is responsible for regional portfolio growth, client relationship management, and KPI-driven sales team performance. Since 2022, he has overseen strategy execution and personnel development across the Morelos region—delivering strong outcomes in asset accumulation and investor satisfaction.

Prior to this role, Omar was Mortgage Coordinator at Banamex (2020–2022), where he drove double-digit growth in residential credit issuance and led strategic outreach initiatives to expand the bank’s footprint in Morelos. From 2007 to 2020, he held progressive leadership positions at Scotiabank, ultimately serving for over a decade as Branch Manager.
