Simão Pedro Jomaa is a driven finance student and equity research contributor with a strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and capital markets research. Currently in his fifth semester at the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), Simão plays an active role in the university’s Finance League (UNIFEI Finance), where he has contributed to the Equity Research Division since March 2024.
In his current role, he developed a full financial projection model and valuation for Brazilian retailer Vivara (VIVA3), culminating in the publication of an initiating coverage report. His responsibilities have also included onboarding and training new members, managing economic research projects, and leading reporting initiatives—demonstrating his emerging leadership and analytical skills.
Simão previously served as Project Manager within the UNIFEI Finance project area, where he coordinated team deliverables and supported strategic initiatives in financial education and market research. His interdisciplinary experience also includes time with CHEETAH RACING COMBUSTION, a Formula SAE team, where he worked on marketing, fundraising, and administrative operations for a national automotive competition.
Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English, Simão holds certifications from Cambridge English (KET and FCE) and has completed finance and project management courses, alongside practical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and BPMN for process mapping.
An investor since the age of 14, Simão is deeply passionate about the intersection of finance, technology, and global affairs. His personal interests span economics, history, industry innovation, and strategic communication—anchoring his long-term goal to build a career in investment strategy and financial advisory.
