Alongside his studies, Stanislav has accumulated over three years of practical experience across hospitality and specialty coffee sectors, where he has served in roles ranging from barista and food runner to supervisor and financial administrator. Notably, at Arte Ltd, a specialty coffee roastery, he was responsible for financial management functions—supporting budgeting, vendor coordination, and cost tracking.

Stanislav has also independently explored investment opportunities over the past two years, developing a personal understanding of capital markets and cultivating habits of risk assessment, asset research, and disciplined trading.
