Currently serving as Investor Relations Manager and Business Development lead at TechBricks, Tom plays a pivotal role in evaluating venture potential, analyzing financials, and shaping go-to-market strategies. He supports the full venture lifecycle—from ideation and validation to MVP development and capital raising—playing a hands-on role in preparing startups for successful funding rounds. Notably, he supported the setup of a $1.5M raise and contributed to the groundwork for a $20M Fund I launch, sourcing Limited Partners and crafting a custom crowdfunding system to expand investor access.

As the founder of Ghiglione Consult, Tom has advised a portfolio of high-growth startups and hedge funds on strategic operations, investment readiness, and market positioning. Through this venture, he has collaborated with respected partners such as WhiteCastlePartners, Costa Norte Capital, APEX Ventures, and Emerald Wave Advisors. His client list spans sectors like AI, climate tech, Web3, and fintech—including standout startups like LeonardoAI (adopted by the Nordic Development Fund), Carbon13 portfolio ventures, and Proon-Tech.

Tom’s impact in venture capital extends further through his partnership with Costa Norte Capital, where he helped source and evaluate global fundraising opportunities. His work resulted in over $32M in signed clients and $15M in committed Series A investments from San Francisco to Geneva. He’s also contributed to sustainable innovation through Arboriza21, a project reforesting regions of Peru using carbon tokens and blockchain technology—successfully planting over 80,000 trees while championing local education for women and children.

His earlier consulting work with EGS and venture studios like Respire and SyncPeakVentures emphasized data-driven market entry strategies for climate-focused hardware startups. A deep believer in green innovation, Tom has championed projects involving hydrogen energy and battery-based charging stations for EVs across Europe and the U.S.

Tom is fluent in English, Italian, and German and is currently completing a Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship at the International University of Applied Sciences.
