Vincent Bozzino is a transformational executive and global dealmaker with over a decade of high-impact leadership across Europe, the UK, and the United States. With deep expertise in investment banking, business development, and asset management, Vincent has advised on over $14 billion in sell-side and buy-side transactions—spanning private equity, venture capital, large-scale M&A, LBOs, bond financing, and pre-IPO placements.

As Founding Partner of Bozzino & Company, a global business transformation boutique, Vincent leads change management, operational and financial growth initiatives for SMEs across film finance, REPE and project finance, restructuring, and capital commitments—including SPACs, IPOs, securities lending, and venture debt. His client portfolio ranges from retail and consumer, media and entertainment, and hospitality, to real estate, energy, healthcare, and industrials.

Notable transactions include the $20 million pre-IPO placement of Deloitte’s #2 fastest-growing Saudi food tech company with Emkan Arabia, a £130 million trophy asset divestiture in London, a £300 million green bond project in collaboration with K3 Debt Advisory, Alvarez & Marsal, and gap financing for Morgan Freeman’s “Last Meals” film with Sentient Entertainment. He also played a pivotal behind-the-scenes role in a reactive, activist campaign that influenced a White Knight/No Action outcome on the £400 million Everton FC takeover bid by a UK-based investor from Bozzino & Co’s network—following an attempted circumvention of the firm in a concurrent biopharma deal.

In parallel to his executive leadership, Vincent serves as a Discretionary Advisor at GLG, providing strategy, equity research, and financial analysis to Fortune 500 clients, top professional services firms, and Asian and pan-European investors. His advisory contributions include insights into the $7 billion Morrisons LBO, AMC’s credit and stock split strategy, the UK’s largest independent forecourt sell-off, and product development in insurance.

Earlier in his career, Vincent held commercial real estate leadership positions, including Senior Operations Manager at VUE Entertainment Inc., where he managed multi-site operations and led a team of 70 across major shopping malls, and General Manager at Sainsbury’s PLC, where he contributed to £30 million in retail sales and led operational change projects.

Vincent holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of London and is a published author with academic interests in ethics, risk, metaphysics, and the philosophy of economics.
