Lee Ho Jun is a highly accomplished executive with over two decades of experience in energy business development, project management, and strategic leadership across domestic and global markets. Most recently, Lee served as the CEO of Golden Family Development Co., Ltd., where he spearheaded multiple initiatives, including the Nduns Payment App business, and represented EMB, a subsidiary of Indika Energy Group, in Korea. His role encompassed the development of projects in renewable energy, such as electric vehicles (EVs), e-scooters, lithium-ion batteries, and real estate ventures in Sinmokdong.

With a strong background in renewable energy, Lee held senior positions in several prominent companies, including CS Enertech, where he was the Marketing & Sales General Manager. He developed advanced lithium-ion battery packs for electric vehicles and industrial equipment, collaborating with industry leaders like Hyundai Motors, Volvo Construction Equipment, and Doosan Infracore. Lee’s global experience also extended to markets in Southeast Asia, including energy business projects in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Earlier in his career, Lee served as the Director of Global Energy Business at Dong-A Steel Technology and as Business Development Director at Asia Cube Energy. In these roles, he was responsible for developing large-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects and energy storage systems (ESS), managing partnerships, securing government approvals, and executing energy projects in Korea and abroad. His strategic planning and business development skills have been instrumental in forging partnerships with key players, such as the Korea Rural Community Corporation and the Saemangeum Development & Investment Agency.

Lee’s extensive expertise in renewable energy began with his tenure as a Project Manager at Samsung C&T Co., Ltd., where he worked on major renewable energy projects in Canada, the USA, and Italy, including a 130MW PV project in California and a 2.5GW renewable energy project in Ontario. His engineering background and hands-on approach in energy design and simulation were critical in the successful execution of these projects.

Lee holds an EMBA from Aalto University in Finland, an MBA from aSSIST in Korea, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from Korea University. His diverse educational background, combined with his deep knowledge of energy markets and renewable technologies, makes him a leader in the industry.
