Steven Sentosa is an accomplished banking and finance professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including commercial funding, business development, and corporate finance. With a solid foundation in banking products and services, Steven has excelled in roles at leading financial institutions such as Bank Sinarmas, Maybank Indonesia, UOB Indonesia, and ANZ Panin Bank.

Currently serving as the Business Manager for Commercial Funding (AVP) at Maspion Bank, Steven is responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers while focusing on increasing total funding AUM through client retention and acquisition. His expertise in business development is evidenced by his previous role as Sub Branch Manager (AVP) at Sinarmas Bank, where he successfully exceeded key performance targets, including a CASA budget of 33 billion IDR and achieving 40 billion IDR in 2022.

Steven’s career also includes a notable achievement at Maybank Indonesia, where he accomplished to grow his AUM of 400 billion rupiah (USD 25 million). At UOB Indonesia, Steven demonstrated his ability to develop collaborative partnerships and increase liabilities portfolios, consistently surpassing CASA budgets and achieving remarkable growth in funding portfolios.

A graduate of the University of Indonesia with a Master of Management, and a Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering from the University of Pelita Harapan, Steven is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He has completed several certifications, including BSMR level 1, AAJI, WMI, and Waperd, and is skilled in financial modeling, company valuation, and marketing management.
