Hicham Belgoum is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Director at N1 Blockchain Fund Swiss AG, Hicham plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in the GCC region, leading fundraising initiatives, and sourcing strategic investments in areas such as Depin, RWA, DeFi, Layer1, and Gaming. He has successfully raised funds from family offices across the GCC, US, and Europe, and established key partnerships with regulated crypto funds and market makers. Hicham helped the existing Family Office expand in the crypto investment sector through crypto trading and venture capital.

Hicham’s career spans over a decade of high-level finance roles, including Vice President at Blue Mango Capital, where he led venture capital activities, private equity deals with the Abraaj Group for healthcare acquisitions, and facilitated buy-side transactions in North Africa’s healthcare sector. His expertise includes financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiation, having worked on acquisitions of oncology centers, radiology centers, pharma companies, and pathology labs. Hicham also played a key role in green financing initiatives, working with institutions such as the EBRD and KfW to implement financing vehicles for SMEs.

With a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from the National School of Business and Management (ENCG), Hicham has a deep understanding of financial markets and corporate governance. Beyond his professional achievements, Hicham is highly engaged in the broader finance and technology sectors. He has attended numerous investment summits in the GCC and Southeast Asia, including events focused on private equity, venture capital, tech innovations, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
