Chaimaa’s career began in customer service with Attijariwafa Bank in Morocco, where she provided high-quality client support. She then transitioned to administrative roles, serving as a Secretary at Etihad Consultancy & Business Services, where she managed schedules, handled correspondence, and organized client appointments. Her customer-centric skills were further refined at the VIP Terminal in Abu Dhabi Airport, where she worked as a Customer Service In-Charge, ensuring premium service for high-profile clients.

From 2016 to 2018, Chaimaa served as a Guest Relations and VIP Department Supervisor at NMC Royal Hospital Khalifa in Abu Dhabi. In this role, she was responsible for enhancing patient experiences by overseeing patient care processes, addressing concerns, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Her responsibilities included coordinating patient flow, safeguarding confidentiality, and managing administrative functions to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, Chaimaa has experience as a personal assistant to a CEO.
