Currently, Abdulaziz balances dual roles: Human Resources Operations Specialist at Napco National, and Trade Finance Consultant at Euro Exim Bank. In his HR role, he spearheads talent acquisition strategies, develops performance management frameworks, and designs impactful employee engagement initiatives. Through his consultancy at Euro Exim Bank, he creates customized trade finance solutions, including letters of credit and export credit insurance, which have expanded the bank’s portfolio and strengthened revenue streams. His expertise in trade finance has not only optimized clients’ cash flow but also fortified the bank’s relationships with global financial institutions. 

In his previous role as a Contracts Analyst with Saudi Aramco’s SASREF in Jubail, Abdulaziz was pivotal in managing high-value contracts, ensuring seamless compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards. 

He navigated the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating to conducting risk assessments and streamlining processes. His meticulous attention to detail allowed him to uncover cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks effectively, supporting the flawless execution of multimillion-dollar projects.
