Akhat Mussabayev is a dynamic entrepreneur and engineer with a diverse background in technology, innovation, and business development. He is the Founder and CEO of ARDO Group Limited, a company dedicated to reducing food costs for restaurants and minimizing food waste in Hong Kong through a surplus marketplace. Since founding ARDO in May 2023, Akhat has led the company’s overall development, focusing on B2B sales, lead generation, team management, product management, and hiring.

Prior to ARDO, Akhat founded Brain Tutor in May 2020, an innovative educational center aimed at helping students from Kazakhstan secure admissions to universities abroad. His passion for education and empowering others drove the success of this venture until its conclusion in December 2021.

Akhat also has extensive experience as an electrical engineer. Most recently, he worked at NV5 Mission Critical from March 2023 to November 2023, where he was involved in commissioning mission-critical systems for top-tier data centers and technology companies in Hong Kong. He also held the role of Electrical Engineer at Urbanchain Group Limited from June 2021 to March 2023, where he managed various projects involving IoT devices, PCB design, manufacturing, research, and development. His work focused on developing AI solutions for smart parking systems.

Throughout his career, Akhat has demonstrated his leadership abilities through his involvement with the PolyU E-Formula Racing Team, where he led the electrical engineering team in managing EV battery development, induction motor wiring, and IoT PCB design within the vehicle. He also served as a quality assurance tester for Parkingbnb from April 2022 to April 2023, ensuring the functionality of web platforms and mobile apps.

Akhat holds a wide range of technical and managerial skills, including B2B sales, lead generation, out-of-the-box thinking, team management, and product development. He is proficient in tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, and AutoCAD, and is experienced in coding.
