David Agyei Mpettey, a distinguished project management and leadership professional, brings over two decades of expertise across organizational leadership, corporate strategy, construction, real estate, and property management. A PhD candidate in Strategic Management and Leadership at IIC University of Technology, Cambodia, David has consistently demonstrated excellence in fostering organizational growth, optimizing real estate investments, and delivering impactful academic mentorship.

David’s career is marked by key leadership roles across diverse sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Property Consultant at DOO Group in Dubai, UAE, he drives real estate market research and negotiation strategies while managing a high-performing team of property consultants. Simultaneously, he shares his wealth of knowledge as a Lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, teaching courses on project and strategic management and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

With an EMBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a BSc in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, David is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG-USA).
