Fayçal Chekir has over thirty years of experience in strategic business development, financial analysis, and investment fund management. He has successfully conducted feasibility studies, managed company operations, and optimized financial performance in the aviation, automotive, and IT services industries.

Fayçal specializes in operational and financial management. His experience includes preparing administrative, legal, and financial documents, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with financial institutions. He is adept at budget development, P&L analysis, and implementing corrective actions for improved financial performance.

In corporate finance and investment, Fayçal has evaluated companies, structured IPOs, conducted due diligence, and overseen mergers and equity investments. His strategic market insights have guided asset allocation decisions in line with organizations’ financial goals.

Currently, Fayçal is the central development director at Mediterranean Air Service (M.A.S) in Tunisia, where he oversees customer relations, portfolio development, and information system overhaul projects. He also conducts profitability studies for new cargo routes and prepares reports for board meetings.

As managing director at Alpha Ford Tunisia (2021–2023), Fayçal optimized costs through strategic contract renegotiations, implemented a new information system, and managed the budgeting process. He analyzed monthly financials and provided reports to executive committees.

From 1997 to 2021, Fayçal was the sales & cargo operations manager at M.A.S, managing international tenders, contracts, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies. He played a vital role in cargo operations for major airlines at Tunis-Carthage airport.

Between 2002 and 2010, he served as a financial consultant at Medsoft, where he participated in joint ventures, conducted company valuations, raised capital, and implemented cost accounting systems. Fayçal also managed relationships with financial institutions and provided reports to the board.

Earlier, Fayçal worked at Tunisie Valeurs as the head of the research department, managing investment funds, conducting company valuations for IPOs, advising investors, and contributing to strategic bank planning.
